This estimate is for a "pocket" replacement window procedure (all interior trim and drywall will be undisturbed) which includes: removal of existing sashes, replacement of any rotten wood, installation of new window, hardware, foam insulation between new window frame and walls, aluminum wrapping of exterior frame, caulking of aluminum frame to exterior siding and all refuse removal.
